Indoor Stables & Entries Closing Date

All of the indoor stables at Equifest have now been booked - but we do still have stables in all other areas. Stabling is limited though - so please get your stabling form in sooner rather than later!!

Postal Entries for the non-championship classes (classes 1 - 574)close postmarked 19th July. There are late qualifying shows going on until the 1st August - and entries for any championship classes can still be made immediately after qualification. Please send in your entries as soon as possible after qualification. On line entries will close on the 23rd August.

Please note - you do NOT have to have qualified for a championship class in order to enter Equifest! There are 574 classes which are open to all exhibitors! It is only the championship classes (classes 600 - 658) which you have to qualify for.

hi, ive recieved an email for the payment of the entries, do we get a same email for the stabling once the payment has been recieved and do we get numbers for stables? ive never had a horse stabled at a show before!

Vehicle passes will be sent out in the near future to all exhibitors who have booked stabling. The vehicle passes are "colour coded" and indicate the stabling area that has been booked - which will help the Gate Staff to point you in the correct direction when you arrive at the showground. One vehicle pass will be issued per stable booked - if you require more, these may be purchased at £5 each. The gates will open at 10.00 am on Wednesday 18th August.
