Katy carter is very good, Sam R is very hard on her ponies if they don't do what she wants, I have seen this first hand at a show.

Sam roberts ponies go very well for her but i have ridden things, and know of people who have ridden things done by her and find them very hard to ride, very fixed and wooden. just my personal opinion of my experience!

I wld say Sam Darlington is very very good. Kind but firm and very small and light herself so ideal for a section b. Years of experience and her ponies always go beautifully. Definately my reccomendation

I can recommend Georgina James (near Worcester) She broke a sec B mare for me and I have just sent her a difficult pony to see if she can re-school it! Lovely small set up, all the family involved and I know she is full for 2007 season so if you are interested in end 2007, I'd book now!

There seem to be a lot of postings praising Melanie Booth who seems to have no profile as a producer whats it about? Seems anyone who asks any advice re schooling breaking producing, these posts apper. There are lots of better known people with more to show for what they do in the same area as Melanie Booth there are lots- Katy Carter, Gill Thompson, Vicky Hesford, Sarah Challinor all have got ponies to Hoys/Olympia please give some evidence of what Melanie Booth has achieved this isn't meant to be a dig just wondering if its backdoor advertising for business?

Please be very careful where you send your boy. I sent a pony to someone in the Midlands who has been doing it for years - and she was completely ruined. The biggest lesson we learnt from this was that they would never let us go there and see her worked. Why the hell didn't we hear the alarm bells ringing then? Make sure you send him to someone who has nothing to hide! Good luck!

Melanie Booth has produced Claire Colliers Tybanadl Gwilym She has produced Bunbury Pinocchio, Kelborrow Henrietta, Shilbrook Teasel,ESKDALE MERCHANT OF VENICE all qualified for HOYS RIHS At present she has HoekHorst Imperial, Oberlands Excelsis, Kuros Maximillian, Fenwood Reflection, Fenwood Overture, She has also worked for Gill Thompson for years and just decided to go off on her own acouple of year ago. She has got an advert in horse deals last month and she will also have a web site which is in the process of being set up. She has got a friendly yard and will always welcome you to come and watch her work. It takes time to get well known in the horse world. Melanie is getting there and she has a fantastic lot of ponies for 2007!
