I have a 2 acre plot which is coming up for rent soon in Preesall. It has parking for 4 cars, water trough, a 12x24ft mobile field shelter/stable, storage shed, and lights on a generator. The boundary has electric fencing.  |

Hiya, its going to be available towards the end of next month, it has road frontage and if buying we would ask for offers over £35.000. It would be fairly cheap to put mains electric on due to its location in relation to the nearest electric pole/point on the main road. If for rent £250.00 pcm. Its approx 2.5 acres. The entrance/driveway is as per insrtuctions from the Highways Agency, we have permission for the storage shed and drive. We are currently waiting for delivery of a new field shelter which will be partitioned and gates on the front, concerte hardstanding in front. We have checked with the council regarding the mobile shelter and as it is mobile there is no problem. Its near Knott End. If you need any further info just ask.
