confusion about stables?!!

i got my stable/vehicle pass through yesturday, and on the back it says all exhibitors with stables must arrive by 10pm on wednesday unless your stable has been pre-allocated and the number is shown on your vehicle pass. My stable number is not shwon on the pass and i was planing on coming thursday afternoon.. am i going to get a stable!? :S

Why don't you simply contact the organisers and ask the question?

To clear up any confusion - the gates OPEN at 10.00am on Wednesday 18th August. There is a gate open 24 hours from this time onwards. The majority of duration stables have been pre-allocated and if they have, then the stable numbers are written on the front of the vehicle pass. All other stables will be allocated by the Stable Manager on arrival. If you do not know your stable number you must arrive by 10pm (on whichever day the stables are booked). If you know your stable number then you can go straight to your stable without checking in to the Stable Manager.

We have stable numbers but no vehicle passes?? Do we have a problem we are in the indoor stables as are sponsors

All of the vehicle passes have now been sent out. Could you phone the Stable Manager on 07747 465316 - and ask her about the passes. I know that you have indoor stables but the passes might have gone to a different address (they would go to whichever address was on the stabling form).
