Evening performace spectators

I have just read about some very selfish people who were watching the evening performance at PUK.
Unfortunately those in question made so much noise, clapping/stamping feet etc they upset some of the ponies/horses and caused the riders to come off.

I feel that this sort of behavior is unacceptable and do hope that this will not happen at Equifest.
I understand totally its lovely to show ones appreciation to those taking part, but just hope that should people get over excited there is someone available to stop those over exuberant spectators before an accident happens.

I wouldnt want to put a damper on any Evening Performace but we must all think of both the pony and riders welfare.

Puk eve perf are always like that, very dangerous, no not come across it at Equifest, it is more civillised lol!!!!

I hope that doesn't come to Equifest, its indoor, so sounds are louder and for some ponies it can scare them so they will be scared to go indoors again!

I went last year and they do ecourage a clap at the end to get an atmosphere, and there are a few whistles , even when the tiny tots went in every one clapped when she trotted down the centre ,, no chair banging though.
there are a few upset ponies and one lady fell off when the spot light went on her as soon as she came through the door but she got straight back on and got on with it.
It is hard as we expect all ponies to behave.
we are taking 4 babies only one did an evenening performance at nps, but thats alot quieter there

The equifest performance does not seem to be quite to electric as puk has always been.

I find that Equifest is a much quiter relaxed show!! In the evening performance last year i think 1 person fell off in evening performance but that was accidental!!
