Anyone know when the BSPS AGM is/was?? I had heard rumours earlier in the year that the 122cm SHP rider age limit was to be raised from 11 to 12, anyone know anything about this? Am hoping to get another year out of our 12 hander, as it stands my jockey will be out of class after next year.

I think the date is 3rd February 2007. The judges conference is on that date and the AGM usually follows. Check out their website www.britishshowponysociety.co.uk

Aah right, thank you Fingers crossed the new rule is passed although I think my jockey may well be squashing the pony before the end of next year anyway

I thought they'd discussed this rule and decided to leave as it was and I thought it was the Fr that was up for change anyway?. If they are going to change it for 2007 its a bit mean to people who may have sold a pony thinking their jockey was out of the class. I shall probably go to the AGM if poss cos shall be going to the Ball in the evening it was great fun last year!!!
