Please can someone tell me how it all works?
We get there on Thurs evening
Compete Fri morning approx 9am Caldene
Have seen working in at 5-6.30am on Fri morning. Is this in the Caldene or International arena?
Are you allowed in the outdoor at anytime?
When can you get into the Caldene?
Sorry for all the questions just want as much info as possible.

You should have a working in slot on the Thursday evening in the Caldene arena
Then a working in slot in the morning - depending on what class you are in will depend on whether you have a designated slot in the caldene, or are in the 'General HOrse Exercise' in the main ring - sounds like this is what you will be doing. Get there nice and early, oh and it gets Very warm in there, but you will need lots of rugs for the walk there and back.
THe outdoor is open at certain times - the timetable is usually posted in the stable managers and on the gate to the outdoor.

Coloured NNH's usually get Caldene at about 1030pm Thurs night and 530am Fri morning. Its a very long walk and as RS said, you'll need a rug to walk back with as its gets very hot and sweaty in the warmup. The outdoor is open quite a lot but very crowded sometimes especially when people lunge in there. You'll be fine K, I am sure you will both take it all in your stride and make sure you enjoy every minute of it
