Hi all,
Not sure if this is the place to ask, but my Dad has recently got a job in Basingstoke, but, problem, we live in Cambs and it is like 100 odd miles away, so he is looking for a flat to rent in or around Basingstoke. Please, anyone have any ideas??

Probably not now, my friend has a 4 bed house in basingstoke that she rents out. I have a 2 bed in ascot but would imagine he'd want it nearer b'stoke (1/2 hr travel time).....it's a lovely flat though.... All the estate agents advertise on right move ime

No too fussed as long as under 1hr travel time, how much is your and your friends per calender month??

Friends house is £1150 pcm and my flat is £2500. I know her tenants have given notice but not sure if they have found somneone to move in (present tenants leave in oct)
