Come on here because sick sick sick of sky sports, hate it , it should be banned and at the moment i could shoot the television with my dads old purdy gun, and never watch it again. football commentry drives me insane, can here it even now through two two foot cottage walls. even more sick sick sick of fishing programmes, repeated over and over again, the only purpose I can see to them is they calm hubby down when he looses his cool with the blooming ... football  There rant over, wine hitting spot and lolly feels so much better now........ Thanks guys and dolls for being here to listen  |

My OH must be unusual because he hates football, hates fishing. At our house it's wall to wall what I call 'bloke' telly; top gear, fifth gear, police stop, chopper coppers, american chopper, you get the picture.
Don't know who that 'Dave' bloke is, or how he got his own tv channel, but in my humble opinion he ought to be humanely destroyed!!!

awww now come on OH help with the horses come to shows drive the lorry so you can have a sleep, dont complain when we stink of horse muck surely they are intitled to a bit of jezza and Dave, and the footie, actually I quite like the footie prefer the rugby

Fishing not my thing but 24 men running up and down a piece of grass then kissing each other after one kicks it between two sticks has my vote.  If you want it switched off just ask OH's if they don't think it's a bit homo erotic that should have the desired effect.  |

ok tried that halfpass, was glared at and he then threw the remote at me (gently) ish and said HAVE WHAT YOU WANT ON...I did good old CSI...guess what he went to bed sulking men |

luckily my OH hates football & all tv sports (including horses  ) BUT he loves chanel DAVE and all car programmes - and so do i, so happy medium  |
