for ponies uk:
novice- min. 69cm, max. 76, max spread. 76cm
open- min. 76cm, max. 84cm, spread, 92cm
dont know what society heights you wanted but they are all i know, that's from 2007 rule book though so may change for next season

Also do not forget when you have qualified and get to the championship classes you can add a further 5cm-10cm on some of the jump heights & widths. I only know this as I worked with a course builder at PUK summer champs.
