If a pony is banned from competition for a year is it be going to be allowed to continue competing under new ownership or lease? 1. Can the societies please enlighten us on this loophole in their rules. 2. Are the rules going to be altered to stop this happening? 3. If not why not?

i think it would depend on the circumstances will keep a watch full eye on this as i show riding ponies!!!!

Generally being overheight, banned substances or showing in contravention of a rule....................

There can be alot of reasons why a pony could be banned, would need more info to give my opinion !! ??
