If I am correct Mr Jones breeds section D's and C's and owns the famous Menai Stud.
The person in question was asking what his judging is like not his previous history.
This thread will be watched carefully. If you both register you can communicate in private if you so wish.

Before this posting descends to the level of the previous one, I do wish people would check the facts first !!
The Hoys Judge for West. Mids. is MR. D.P. Jones, Nant-Y-Bai Mill, Llandovery, and not Peter Jones of the Menai Stud !!
However I would like to take issue with the previous posting as I personally have always found Peter to be a very consistent judge of the ponies and cobs in front of him, and I for one would only be too happy if in fact it were he judging. We might actually get someone able and willing to use their Confirmation marks !!

JONES, D. Price. Nantybai Mill, Rhandirmwyn, Llandovery, Dyfed. SA20 0PB (NANTYBAI) (01550 760211) *B
JONES, D.P. Menai Stud, Pantydefaid, Llandysul, Ceredigion. SA44 4LP (MENAI) (01545 590 503) *A *B *C & *D
Taken from the WPCS judges list, the listing on the ponies uk web site does not list the addresses. Aussieboy, how do you know its not Menai stud judging?

there are not many judges which i will not show under however he is one of them! he should have been band from the WPCS many times over! and as for his judging very inconsistent with all the familiar faces heading the line!

I have heard that it is the Menai Stud Mr Jones as the other Mr Jones is only on the panel to judge section B's. Is this true?

If you go onto the Welsh pony and cob website look at the list of judges, and then you can see who is on which panel.

Surely the judge will have to be on PUK's panel regardless of wether they are on the wpcs panel after all they will have to judge connies, fells etc etc if they are judging a qualifier.
