why is there always the odd seller that has to spoil it,bought middle weight rugs over 2 weeks ago and there not here yet,contacted the seller ( one of the shops) finally got a reply ''im going to post it today ive been ill and my horse has died'' ,if this is true im sorry for your loss and guess what a week later and still no rug i understand there a life outside ebay but i usually buy something when i kind of need it,and now have to wait 10 days for ebay to decide to give me my money back . . .u have my money now just send the rug my ponys getting cold

You will get your money back if you haven't received your goods, eBay always sides with the buyer. Very annoying though. Make sure you read the feedback before you buy in future it usually gives a bit of a guide, and don't forget to leave feedback as this will help other buyers to decide whether or not to trust this seller in the future.

Iv had the same problem. Last year i had bought a pair of boots from a shop and the sole reason bought them was cause i had to because i was going to NPS they promsed they would be here in plenty of time and we even paid extra to get them here quicker. And they never came ever, eventually got my money back but had to go to NPS with no boots, thank god that they sell them on the stalls there

I have an ebay shop and post daily (apart from sunday of course) people are quite often amazed at how quick they get their stuff ;D
As leevale says check the feedback before buying they will refund you eventually though

on ebay i always read the feedback there are good sellers on there but you do get one or two that do take th p--s saying that they've sent when clearing not if you have any probs you can always report them as ebay do tend to side with the buyer

I have had the same reason given to me. Surely there cant be that many horses owned by ebay sellers who are ill or dead?

totally sacked ebay now,after getting money back for the rug that never came,i bought something for xmas presents got the money refunded say sorry sold out why list some u havent got,then this was the icing on the cake with cherry on the top bought brand new ps3 for my son and they posted me a empty box,after 2 weeks of stress and 100's of phone calls to ebay finally got my money back and closed account !!!
