my boss refused to pay me last month for a shift i did as clocking in machine didnt work i knew it hadnt told manager so she could sort it out she said she would then didnt get paid and boss refused to pay even though he knows i worked i was so d**n angry i walked out so now no job ::)need to find another part time job i can fit round the horses in meantime gonna be skint unless i can maybe do some clipping or schooling breaking ect for people grrr i was by the way a breakfast cook at a very posh hotel

thanks desktop we are on that my hubby is a union rep has a degree in employment law too so can do this for me but he says i will only get they pay no compo or job back

couldn't you try for constructive dismissal? only been there 10 months so cant do this need to be there 12months yes hotel trade do seem to think they can do what they want with regard to employment law they think they are exempt lol

Rubbish! i sued a company for constructive dismissal after a few months, if you need a good solicitor, pm me, mine has won payouts for several of my friends aswell as me xx
