You cannot register her with any breed society but you can join BSPS with her if you have a rider who has not reached their 17th birthday for SP & 20th birthday for SHP. You can also enter these classes at a show without being a member (unless Blue Riband, RIHS or HOYS qualifiers) to see how you get on. You can also register her with NCPA (life registration only £15) and they have In Hand & Ridden classes at all their shows

you can register her with bsps. but for 14h shp it's rider not to have reached 17th birthday. 15h shp it's 20.

Have you actually got a JMB height certificate? If you have then the only ridden classes you can do on a 143cm animal are NCPA registered ridden and PUK competition classes unless you can get proven PBW or PBA breeding (these classes have no age limit just riders of a suitable size) or NPS SP/SHP classes PROVIDING you are able to register her with NPS Stud book. But of course you can still show her I/H My previous post re age of rider referred to 148 Sp & 153 SHP as your original query suggested the pony may not be exactly 14 hands
