my horse has been of for bascially this whole year its so annouying!! firstly march - april due to cutting his stomach open on a jump... then a fracutured splint for 3 months and now has a problem in another leg and has 4-6 weeks box rest! driving me crazy i just want to be competing my horse!! With the other two injuries he has had it wasnt so bad as i had other horses to ride, but i dont now and its so annouying  |

It'll all be worth it when he's injury free-I personally would rather wait a year for a fit, healthy horse than risk doing it more damage. I get what you mean by it being frustrating though-one of mine went lame a week before HOYS a few years back, and I remember being gutted, but all the waiting was well worth it to have him sound and well again  x |
