Wanted this years foal top class colt. Must be good enough to keep as a stallion later in life. Either a section A, B or top class dartmoor. Sick of looking at thousands of pictures and them not being good enough to keep as entires. Loving home awaits for the right foal.

This is my Welsh B colt foal, looking a bit moth eaten etc as between coats. He is by Soudley Taliesin (Eyarth Rio) and out of Millcroft Siesta (M. Royal Lustre).

Hi
I had a roseview 2 year old called Roseview Romeo a section B dun gelding. Do you think this colt is good enough to keep as a stallion. If he is why are you selling him and not holding onto him like all the other breeders tend to??? Dont want to sound off but it seems all the good colts are either snapped up early or the breeders keep them for themselves.
Thank you much appreciated

Sorry not an A?B?or Dartmoor but a WPB to make 12.2 . He is Nantcol Elgar out of The well known Nantcol Lady Julia , he is certainly good enough to keep entire. Mrs Cooke his breeder does not run any stock on any longer as she is getting elderly.

If you bought Romeo from me you will recall that I was in the process of a divorce and all my ponies went. It is only this year that I have been in a position to keep a very small number of ponies again. I bought Siesta in foal, to show and only have a very small acreage. I also have another mare in foal for next year, as well as my old retired show mare.
With such a small amount of land I cannot keep a colt. If he is not sold he will be gelded and I fully intend to show him myself. The breeding is fantastic, I have just been approached for his dam to go to Holland. He has the prettiest head and is certainly good enough to keep entire.
Where did Romeo go?
