I am sure I am not alone in the fact that finances are very tight indeed. some of you lucky people amy not have to suffer the indignities of no money but not me. I was trying to get a loan the other day and was redirected to this website called the 'loan centre'. Dont trust these people with a barge pole!! I am normally fairly mild mannered but this has really got my blood boiling. they took £39.50 out of our account without our say so and put us overdrawn incurring charges. Thye have no contact telephone number, only deal in emails so it is impossible to speak to a human being. Told me I will have to wait 30 days to get MY money back and then only by writing to them and filling soppy claim form, which if I dont fill it in completely correctly will be made null and void. this has to be sent within 14 days. I'll bet they will say I have filled in form wrong and then I will have to send another which will take it over the 14 days. I swear I have got to the stage now if someone said here is a bottle of pills, take them, i would Ok rant over!!!

This sort of company prey on the desperate because they know how desperate you are they can and do all sorts under the guise of "administration charges" Yes I too have been desperate at times and I looked at one of these sights that do payday loans in 15 minutes. Yeah right!! All I got was a million emails offering me all sorts but no reality of money coming. APR of about 2687% People say go to your bank but they really are the people that have caused the problem in our case. Our business went bump, we lost our home, our cars, our life in general. But we survived, as will you. Stay strong. Contact your trading standards office and let them sort it for you. They probably know about them anyway. In future read all the small print before you divulge your bank account details. Hope you get your money back, it may not sound a lot to some folk but when you have very little income its a hellova lot.

nursery, have you been to Citizens Advice for help in sorting your finances.
This is all not fair, you are precisely the type of family David Cameron is supposed to be helping. You work hard and yet still find yourself in a struggle and are literally forced to try to find loans to make ends meet. It isn't right, for me you are no. 1 in line due for a change in luck and you never winge or complain.

I am really peed off now on your behalf, I hope someone on here can advise you where to go for help. All you need is that one bit of luck and I know you will be on a roll and able to get yourself going.

Definitely go to citizens advice and trading standards for this one, there are so many out there it's not right. It's amazing how as soon as you get an official involved they'll back off and pay up.

these loan company's are crooks and its worse still that they are allowed to operate in such a manner with APR's in the thousands - other countries actually have a limit and law on what a loan company is allowed to charge and I am sure they are capped to around 30% APR
I would also write a complaint to the financial ombusman about this company and what they have done along with getting advise from citizens advise
