Why do people always have to stick their nose in, back stab and stir behind your back??? It drives me mad!!!! If we're all in this for the same reason - the love of horses - why do people feel the need to be so vindictive and nasty to each other??? If it's not in your own stable, please, keep your nose out!!!!
Thank You!

who been doing that? on here? i would get used to it alot people give good advice and are nice about it and help out but then there always the others who think they know everything and been horse experts since the day they were born and never had to learn a thing themselves, and when it comes to showing side of things some people cant see the fun in it anymore all they see is the competitevness of it all and then turn into nasty self centred obnoxiuos people and its just not worth it and i dont see why people feel the need to be like that we all enjoy the same thing so shouldnt we help and be nice to each other

I think it goes with the territory you have to rise above it, the people who get me are the ones who crave constant praise, and require constant flannel or your name is mud...laugh at them bonnieheather, because I'm sure others are laughing too ;D I once went to view a foal , nice enough but not for us , told this person thank you but no.....we then went and brought a foal from another person who unbeknown to us had fallen out with first person, well are name was mud , it was quite funny how many people jumped in until there was about 6- 7 people involved it was unbelievable you had to laugh.... especially when we we were told that if this person bumped into us she would tell us what she thought ...well i did bump into her and guess what she said........alright luvie .......alright luvie PMSL ;D

Unfortunately some people are never happy with their own lot no matter what they have, if you buy just say for instance, a £200 foal they will have to have bought a £2,000 one etc., they are just basically jealous Rise above it you are better than them ;D ;D

Fraid they dont have anything better to do bonnieheather. I always say if someone is talking about me they are leaving some other poor sod alone. Learn to laugh and rise above it, its really not worth bothering yourself, people will figure them out in the end. And as corrie says jealousy often plays a part.

It depends what is going on really. There was a case a while back where a horse was starving in its stable whilst other liveries with their well fed animals just walked by and 'kept their nose out'.
If it is to do with welfare then I absolutely do think people should stick their nose in.

True - but nothing like that. Just someone being a lying, stirring, vindictive so and so, though fortunately there enough people with common sense around for him to be seen for exactly what he is!!! Hurrah and a big THANK YOU for those who are willing to stand up and say so on my behalf!! :-)

Kickon-loving your little pink elephant. I had people on my yard at home and you know what never again , it's a shame because it spoils it for honest, genuine folk. I couldn't wait to get them off, they would use my haylage and feed because they couldn't afford to buy there own, it was so annoying because I would be doing my lot and end up doing there's to because they never landed up till the afternoon's! It was the happiest day ever when I kicked them off ;D! There should be more piece and happiness but some folk you can't be kind to. Bonniheather- I hope your feeling better about things, don't let them get you down keep smiling that's what I do :-) :-)

Thanks all, I have calmed down enough now!!! I love my new yard, and look forward to going down there now, wish I had moved there years ago - have even been riding in the bad weather!!! Despite vindictive people's attempts to spoil things for me by ringing up the yard manager and spreading lies (dangerous lies at that) about me, I'm very lucky that the YM has chosen to treat me as he finds me and given me a chance!!!! Have since learnt that this is not the first time this particular person has done this to people!!! Unbelievable!!!
