I have come across the response up or upping in treads in the horses for sale - what does this mean? Sorry if I am having a senior moment but these one word replies don't seem to make sense to me.

Also come across the term bumping - if someone would be kind enough to explain up/upping then could they do the same with bumping?

Its when you post on a thread it 'bumps' it up to the top of the page in the relevant section of the forum

Thanks. So bumping and uping is basically the same thing - getting your post to the top of the list. Makes sense. Thanks for clarifying that for me.
