Have a look on the forum help section and scroll down to where I asked that and a lovely mod explained it.
I have noticed though that if you don't log in it's on the wrong time.

Ah sorted, if you go to your profile, then click modify. If you scroll down to time format you need to change it to GMT + 0/ Greenwich Mean Time |
