Just wondering if anyone can help me, i know that last the NPS changed their rules so that it was no longer necessary to be a member and have a competition card to enter WHP, novice ridden etc, but you still needed cards to enter Olympia and HOYs classes, can anyone tell me if this is still the case, or can you enter HOYS classes without a competition card this year?

Do you mean NPS membership cards/being a member of NPS? You donot have to have any form of competition card to enter the HOYS M&M classes

From the 2007 NPS Rule Book.
Competition Record Cards are not required for 2007. Before entering open Qualifying Rounds owners must be adult/showing members of the NPS and must show their membership card before entering the ring (Breed Show excepted).

Also for HOYS qualifiers at PUK West Mid and South (I think) you have to be a member of NPS if you're not a member of PUK.
