Hoping to go to Equifest this year, first time . We would generally be doing flat classes but can anyone tell me what the workers are like? Is there any classes (horse wise) that are about 2ft 6/9 or are they all massively huge? Only just getting back in to the jumping , but horse done a lot! Thanks for help in advance Katie

showing2010 ... i have been every year since it started and it has always been a great show and it continues to get better and better again each year for two years we have done the novice m&m whps and the course has been up to height and challenging in 2010, there were two WH rings ~ one difficult over undulating ground and the other much easier in a flat ring .. there were clear rounds for anybody to have a go at as well as the main classes in the flat ring in 2011, there is to be more novice and training wh classes .. all details now on provisional show schedule and this year there are unaffil showjumping classes with low heights as well i would recommend you do plenty of novice or club workers over the spring/summer to stand you in good stead for Equifest final which is after all a championship show and must be seen to challenge those for whom this show is THE equestrian event of the year (us included )

Thank you for info, will check it out. Yes, already preparing by doing lots of showjumping this winter and start the shows from next week onwards! I cannot WAIT! I was a Ponies UK attendee but I've heard so many good things about Equifest that I thought I just HAD to go there this year instead! I'm already so excited! (what a loser!) lol x

They have two workers courses, one on the flat and one over a more 'undulating' ground. Such a good experience going round the big workers ring i had a fabulous time, so nice to see interesting courses and arenas, well worth it, with fabulous coursebuilders too! Fabulous fabulous workers courses
