Gorgeous 5 yr old dutch warmblood chestnut mare approx 15.3hands. Very talented with bags of potential, she is by Unique R who was imported from Hollands VDL stud. His bloodlines are superb boasting some of the worlds most sought after jumping stallions. She has started jumping and shows amazing scope and technique over rustic and coloured poles including fillers. She could however also make a good dressage prospect with her fantastic movement and trainable attitude. She works in a soft natural outline and has only ever been ridden in a snaffle. I have no doubt that she would event as she is very bold and brave but have not taken her x-country schooling as yet. She is a very responsive ride who i believe needs an experienced rider to continue her education, she is not a novice ride.
The reason i am looking to swap this mare is due to my daughters love of showing. We are constantly out showing her ponies and i have neither the time or finances to concentrate on competing myself and realising her full potential in other spheres. I have therefore decided to change direction and would like to show myself. I have the if you cant beat em join em attitude!!.
This is a heartbreaking decision as i have owned this mare from a 3 yr old, backing and producing her and she has been a pleasure to own. I will only swap for a horse of her quality and potential and home is of the utmost importance.
I am looking for something with no vices or blemishes, a top show prospect of county standard. Unfortunatley i cannot take on a stallion but will consider a mare or gelding. I will consider any age between 3 and 8 and do not mind backing and producing providing the potential is there.
