JJ cat hardly ever uses his litter tray, would rather go out side aunatural like a real man. but today went to have a poo in the tray and kept wimpering excuse me being a bit gross here but poo looked squashy and normal is there any thing I could feed him to help him

I would be taking his feed right back to basics, just his usual food no scraps, treats or titbits, and see how he goes. If it persists you could always put him on just water for 24 hours, then introduce his normal food in very small amounts say every couple of hours.

I'd be booking a vet visit to check for anything wrong before fiddling with his diet.
