It's my friend's dogs birthday soon and she asked me to look around for recipes to make a birthday cake for dogs. Her dog will eat anything and it does'nt matter if humans can't eat it. She would like to do a homemade one any ideas ?

How about a Liver or Tuna cake? then you can just ice the dogs name on it.
I have a recipe somewhere if you'd like it?

took a while but found it..
Tuna cake Ingredients
400g of tinned tuna 3 eggs 3 and a 1/2 cups of flour 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoon of yoghurt 1/2 a tablespoon of garlic paste
Method
Stir all of the ingredients together in a large lowl. The consistency will be like a thick paste. Put into an oiled microwave dish and cook on full power for 8 to 10 minutes. The cake should be firm but springy when done. You can alternatively bake in a tin lined with greaseproof paper for 20 to 25 minutes at 180o but this results in a drier cake.
When the cake is cool cut it into pieces
Can be frozen too.
