STAFF!!!! Definately someone friendly and available, I sometimes get fed up of waiting if someone is taking ages and I go elsewhere

Happy Friendly staff, and everything neatly set out. Also like it when stock is always available but not always out on show.

Some way of knowing who is staff - so printed T shirts for them would be good
well laid out - good range of everyday stuff

And if you have limits - like no cash/ no cards - big signs BEFORE you get to the till would be good!!

Genuine offers - not 'show offer' stuck on an item you could get cheaper at home! Staff should be friendly not pushy, and a good selection of sizes/colours. Also, if they haven't got what you want, they should offer an alternative or offer to order one for you - nothing worse than saying 'have you got ....' and just being met with a flat 'no'.

plenty of staff. Nothing worse than having a spare 20 minutes or so to pop to a stand and find there is one person on duty with a big queue - wonder how many sales have been lost because of this?
