Hi all I have registered as welshes1, i recieved my activation code and clicked on the link, it then brought me to the log on screen were it said Error; please log on to complete activation. I tried typing my user name and password which it said was incorrect(its not) and even tried user name and activation code! am i doing something wrong?   |

sounds basic i know, but did you check that your caps lock was off etc?

yes no caps lock even looked at the help screen and nothing there ? really a pain as looking for someone to show my section A and cant put a post in the jockey wanted area!  |

You're on the members list, but it says account not activated. Not sure why you can't do this because its normally just a case of clicking on the link and following the instructions.
Will try and get you some help, but in the meantime you could post your advert as a guest if you don't mind publishing your Email address?

The only other thing I can suggest, which may or may not work, is to delete your cookies. As this has worked for some people in the past (but not others!)
To do this, go to tools on your internet explorer top bar, click internet options, on the first tab there is a button that says 'delete cookies'. click that and come straight back to the forum - dont use the link from your email though. Copy the activation code text from your email and paste it into the box when it appears.
