I went to equifest in 2009 and it was bitterly cold. Also we had such a long wait due to classes not running on time. There was alot of shopping, which i like , but i think the weather has put me of a bit. I dont know if its any better but i might see this year!

Equifest is much cheeper than PUk and you have more chance of getting into a evening proformance! Its gonna out run PUK as its so expensive!

Surrey County, and South of England Show are the best two in the south. Problem is they havent moved with the times, we have rising fuel costs and this is why Equi fest is popular, more classes. Gone are the days we trek 100 mile for one class. We used to go to Thorpe Park shows, early season, and Addlestone and district Riding club shows the schedule was designed by a genius, the County Shows should find this person. This design of schedule has never been repeated, 3 or 4 classes whatever breed or type you had they started a trend in larger rosettes and others caught on, well done who ever but we miss these shows no longer held.. who were they?

Not many choices, but I voted Equifest and BSPS... Equifest because I did really well there last year and it was quite an enjoyable show without the hugely expensive entry fees like with the BSPS...but: BSPS because I do enjoy their shows, especially the summer champs, cause I like the social outing and the competing (especially if I am successful!!) Cheshire and Lincoln would be two good ones to add on

Definitely the New Forest Show! It has so many stands and it is a typical county show with sheep and pigs etc. There are not many left
