I want to get Millie out at the end of the season just for say the last show but i'm so worried about travelling her. Next weekend we're pulling the trailer out from behind the stables and getting her walking in and out and standing it in. That doesnt bother me as she loads at the back of the stables in the trailer its just the actual "travelling" thats worring me. What if she jumps the bar? What if she falls? What if she cant get her balance? These ponies make us worried sick

Make the trailer really light and inviting. If you have a front ramp then put it down and encourage her to walk right through. Once she's happy doing that, you can put up the ramp at the front and give her a token feed standing in the trailer. Make it a happy and stress free place to be.
Get her used to wearing travelling boots/bandages in the stable, so she is used to them and can have some protection on to travel. Give her a haynet in the trailer to keep her occupied, and start with very short journeys, literally 10 minutes round the block, and build up from there. Don't leave her standing once she's in and safe, jump in the car and go. Take it steady, but not too steady, if she's concentrating on keeping her balance she won't mess about! When you get back, unload quietly and then lots of fuss and praise.
Don't worry, just take it in small stages and I'm sure she'll be fine.
