Herbie, if you agree with someone's post you can award them a karma by clicking on the Exalt button, it's at the bottom of the box where your username is, to the left of your post. If you don't like what someone says, you can take away a Karma by clicking on Smite.
The buttons disappear for an hour after you use them, so you can only do it once per hour.

If you're logged in, they should be there, in the bit where it says 'member is online', down at the bottom of that box, in blue? Just below where it says number of posts and your Karma score. If you've clicked on them in the last hour, they won't be there, but they will come back when your hour is up!

So you click on them under the persons name who you want to Exalt or Smite!!

OMG Magpie - so I am!!! Well, I won't let it go to my head.  I do feel rather self-satisfied today because I stood in the middle of a show-ring for nearly eight hours in the blazing heat judging 16 classes of all sorts/capabilities/qualities of ridden ponies and horses. I didn't get grumpy once ~ not even when my steward (a brilliant bloke with plenty of assertiveness) kept calling numbers and being totally ignored; or having reckoned that on average about 10% of exhibits in each class had such badly fitting saddles it was un-believable (Two of them you couldn't get a f*g paper between the withers and the under part of the pommel.  ), and I didn't even get TOO grumpy when I found that the organisers hadn't bothered to order Special rosettes for the Leading Rein Class or for me to use at my discretion in other classes. They hadn't even sorted rosettes into different boxes for each ring, when I arrived. Every year I say I shall NEVER judge there again and every year I find myself agreeing to do it. Nevertheless, I came away feeling quite content that everyone had gone home happy and seemed to get at least one rosette in some class or another.  And THEN .... I find I am Super God ..... yippee!!!
