works, using it at the minute, using the Gold one, her splint was a golf ball and its now flatter and on its way to being practically gone. i used it like it says for 6 weeks and now after some advice from someone who has used it before i am leaving it for a week and seeing what happens as to whether it goes anymore.

Is the gold for old splints or new ones?

The gold one is for old splints. it is very good but do not bandage it as can leave a real mess. It does take a while but you have to be patient and it will work.

Gold is for old ones. Anything over 2 weeks is classed as old as to which you use. As said dont bandage paint it on 3 days on 2 off and see how you get on with it. I bought mine from Fylde saddlery ordered over internet arrived next day, also one of the cheapest places to buy it that i could find.

Using it at minute on a large splint. Been using it for a month and has definately reduced size of splint, no lameness but area is a little scabby but going to persevere.
