Samson came over to us from the Arran Islands where he had been ridden and driven round the island with tourists on a regular basis. They couldn't keep him any longer and we took him on, he is 15hh proper cob with full feather. He is bay with a white face. He has excellent confirmation and with a little work would do well in the show ring. A lovely horse he is a pleasure to look after, hacks alone and in company, good in traffic, travelling etc. His school work is still a bit green but he seems willing and learns quickly. Still for sale due to time wasters unfortunately. We took Samson to his first show (combined training) on Sunday and he did well, bit spooky in the indoor but only as he'd never been in one before, just did an intro test but got mostly 5's, 6's, and a 7. Judges comments... "shows loads of potential, some nice work, a good try".Then he jumped a clear (1'9''). We were delighted and he'll improve loads from there.
