I always work on 11 months and a week from covering, calculation is better than guessing!
Most coloureds with those sort of spotty markings are homozygous for tobiano so I'd expect the foal to be coloured but no guarantees! Rosie looks to be basically bay to me although more difficult to tell when hogged, mostly white tail and white legs! The base colour of the foal could be chestnut, bay or black.
