I was caught out in loafers when leading in a class on a sand / fibre surface. If it's at all loose / deep you can end up with your shoes full of the stuff, making walking / running really difficult. Best to keep a pair of boots on standby, just in case  |

Espadrilles-You can buy them over here but if you know anyone that goes over to Argentina ask them to buy you a load. I have 2 pairs and they are the most comfortable things ever! they are really cheap in Argentina,my sister buys masses of them when she's over there and gives us half of them. they don't last long but are brilliant and i'm sure you could buy a brown and a black pair. If you go on the Lions Rampant website they have them under accesories and footwear. I have the exact same ones in white and blue and about an 8th of the price.
