Hi Starlight, I'm from Kings Norton, not far from the Cadbury's chocolate factory at Bournville (yum!). I keep Ben at Wythall tho. Where in Birmingham do you come from?

Hi. My target for this year is to get me and Ben out hacking on the road. Not very adventurous, I hear you say, but, Ben is my first horse and I had no horsey experience and only a handful of riding lessons when I was a teenager. I got him in December '09 by sheer chance. Anyway, he's taught me (well, still teaching me) to ride. He's so patient with me. We've got as far as cantering in the fields at our yard. I think it would be nice to hack out together but I really don't know what he's like with traffic etc. I think I need a hacking buddy so I'm gonna stick an ad in the local feed/ tack shop and see what comes of it. x
