Firstly, I may sound stupid but how big is your 'pony'? I refer to mine as a pony too even though he's 17hh, lol. You need to be in a tweed jacket, tie, shirt, long boots, beige jods and your horse should preferably be in a double bridle with a coloured/show brow band depending on your colour scheme.
Hope this helps, might sound vague and yes, you will have to gallop

Thankyou, my pony is 15 hands, to show a horse as a riding horse do you have to be a specific age, as I no that if you were to show a hack you would have to be 16 or over.

I think it depends on the society and if it's a qualifier. Local shows may or may not have an age restriction, I don't think a lot of them have age restrictions. If they do it would say in the schedule.
How old are you? Maybe you could do SHP if you are young enough?

No I would definatly go for the show hunters because there may well be age restrictions at a lot of shows. You are eligable to do the 153's SH untill u are 20 or the intermediate(158cm) until u are 25. If u went in the riding horse you would be against adults that have been doing it for yeaaars, not saying u wudn't do well but I'm a strong believer of staying in ur age catagory for as long as possible

Yes, you would always have to gallop/extend! Unless you are a veteran, FR or LR.

No problem! And yes, if it says 'not exceeding 153cm' and Oli is 153cm, you can enter!
