12hh open m and m whp height of fences

I don't know if this in right section, however, I always understood the open height for the m and m 12hh workers was 2 foot 3 max height, but the metric system 74cm converts in to 2 foot 6 !! Can someone please shed some light on this for me please, it may sound thick and I've done plaited workers throught the heights but just getting in to the m and m! Also in the nps rule book its says max height 69cm bsps 74cm . Thanks

Hi small mm workers (open) for bsps are Min height of 53cms and a maximum height of 74cms. With max spread as 53cms
