My dog is 11 months old and every time she travels she is sick.
We only ever do short journeys (10 mins) and put her in her cage to travel in the back of the estate car.
I have tried not feeding her before she goes in the car but she is still sick.
Any advice/tips would be much appreciated.

I have found with mine it really is just a case of perseverance. Keep travelling her using newspaper or something easy to clean up quickly. The more often they are travelled the quicker they get over it.
Also try driving her just around the corner to start a walk or a visit to the local park so it starts to be a positive experience.

as xxshowponyxx says. take her for shorter trips. even if its 2 minutes, stop, get her out, have a play and a cuddle, then take her home. Do this every day, making the trips a little longer. AS soon as she starts to look as if she will be sick, stop and get her out.
its hard work, but persevere... good luck..

You could also try giving her a ginger biscuit, or capsule half an hour before you are due to set out. Its also ok to give your dog something like half a sea-legs tablet (travel sickness tablets) - same again, about 30 mins before setting out. Once they get used to the 'motion' feeling, then they should be ok. Covering the crate will help too, so they can't see things 'flashing' past, even if its just sunlight reflecting. I find a cool, damp towel covering the crate helps more than a dry cover during the warmer days. Good luck
