Please be aware that there are yet again THIEF'S are about. We have had our 2 lorry batteries stolen off the wagon Went to start the lorry yesterday and nothing, so checked and both batteries had gone. This was from the Burtonwood Warrington area so I would suggest that you all keep an eye out and check your lorry regular. If you can & we will be doing it when we get our new batteries, remove them when not in use, this isn't an easy job as the batteries are so big and heavy but its better than having some Sc-m b-g pinch them. The lorry hadn't been used for a couple of weeks, but we have an idea they may have been removed sometime last week-end. The problem is were not sure what damage has been done to the wiring so the cost could escalate. Plus one of the locks has been tampered with so again more cost The police have been informed and have asked should any one else have the same misfortune as us, would they please report it.

I've heard that a number of other horseboxes have been targeted in the Warrington - Burtonwood area. So it looks like another spate of thefts are accruing. Please be on your guard, as goodness knows what these will be taking next.

Thieving sods, they get good money for batteries, horse boxes are an easy target they want their hands chopping off. Hope your waggon has no other issues occur from these low life. Hope they get whats coming to them.
