Hi, can someone please clarify for me whether a pony needs to hold a current JMB certificate to qualify for HOYS in the M&M FR or just get a pony measured if lucky enough to qualify???

you need to measure after but if you qualify late its very tight to send it all off as there is a dead line for entries . but there is not much point doing it till after unless its a life cert
