Hi are you a long way then? Im sure there is still stabling avaliable as regards to getting on the ground telephone them and ask, theres secruity on the gate all night. Its a very friendly down to earth show, could you put a pic of the leader, rider and pony on here as regards to advise there. You need to join asap, you need to send in your qualification card, entry form and remittance. Therev are plenty of open classes to if you wanted to make a day of it?
Regards to packing i camped over one year for fun, do a check list dont forget the ponies passport and your show number, passes etc!!! They sell hay and bedding but it is expensive so id bring your own and you need to clean your stable after so bring gloves a shovel, broom and wheel barrow! You also need to supply the water buckets theres lots of taps all over the show ground. It has superb shower, toilet facitites. Hope that helps!!!

We travel from Blackburn and it takes about 4 hours without stops. A good place to stop is the services at Pontefract as you are about half way there.

What a lovely turn out you all look fine, may be a white girth though as dark on a grey cuts the pony in two, the only other tiny tiny niggle would be leather harness on the hat insted of the dark one but thats a tiddley niggle.
Equifest LR SHP is class 764, ring nine saturday, the SP LR and SP FR are first starting at 12.45am, id allow half hour for each class? You could also do class 420 NPS HP SHP LR in the same ring earlier. What about an in hand, class 446 NPS HP SHP in hand 4yrs and over?? Then stable over night?

sorry Katealice89 I meant it would be easier as you would not be rushing to get into the class early Friday morning as you can not travel down till late Thursday night. You could now travel down at your leisure on Friday - have a glass of wine or two and then have all saturday morning to prepare for the final!!

Omg you guys are Heros we honestly thought class was Friday morning ! Well that cocks up all sorts of things but nothing we can't shuffle !! What would I of looked like if it wasn't for HG ! Please forgive my novice-ness !
Fur ball the girth and hat are in process as it's megs 6th birthday this month and she wanted nothing more than money fora posh hat and stuff for the 'big' show !
Also she did her first canter tonight just to add only 6th time ever riding of the lead rein it was completely accidental withpoor pony miss reading the wiggleing legs!!
Thanks so much everyone !

I had the same problem as you, I am working on the thursday and cannot leave until Thursday about 6pm, my first class starts at 8.30 on the friday morning. Thankfully the stable managers dont leave until 10.00pm so I am going to get ready and pack the night before and jump straight in the car after work and make my way down aiming to be there before 10.
