Today we said goodbye to our special wee man Marlone the best pony in the world. He was my daughter Chesca's first pony and then my granddaughter Eilidh's. He has been in retirement with us for two years and he had recovered from a debilitating illness three years ago. A week ago it came back very agressively so he told us it was time to cross rainbow bridge. Penwisg Herrod 1994 - 2011 Run free little man, my special little man.

I knew Paul Galea (now deceased) owner of the Penwisg Stud and i once owned two Penwisg ponies: Penwisg Orwig, black, 1985 by Twyford Panache (i understand P Orwig or Squiggy is still alive and living in the Manchester area) and Penwisg Badger, grey/roan, 1995 by Penwisg Helfed ~ sold many years ago and not heard of him since The Penwisg ponies were always known for their good temperaments and they made excellent childrens ponies
