Are you able to wear sparkly browbands in the Race horse to Riding horse classes?

As far as I understood it, in the ex racer classes, you turn out your horse according to type - so if yours is a riding horse type you would use coloured browband with tweed jacket, if it's more a hack type then you can have a blingier browband and navy jacket.

I have made quite a few 'blingy' browbands for Racehorse to Riding horse owners to use in the ring this year - so I would say yes you can use them.

Yep you sure can, I orignally used to wear a coloured browband on my boy and it is quite spangly! but advised by judges to do him as a hunter so now don't.
Classes always have a mixture of riding horse/hunter/hack.
I think it should be split, but that's just my opinion. Such a popular class these days seems to make sense to me.

I have made top quality browbands for sixteen years and have seen rules change and new classes arrive and the RoR classes are a brilliant idea .... Milliesmum is exactly right and quite often riders wearing tweeds with their riding horse RoR's match up the colours in their tweed to their horse's browband I shall be delighted to make you an original browband without charging you an arm and a leg and you can have it within a few days provided I have cleared payment first ... can post you some ribbons beforehand for you to hold against your horse's coat (and your tweed if that is the correct route for you) .. here are a few examples:
