Wish some one would muck out for me! Yes you will need to take bedding or buy some there, i think Equifest prefer you to pre order. Sadly you need to muck out yourself, muck heaps develop at the end of stable rows. i know in the past they requested you paid a deposit which you would get back if you left your stable clear although i am not sure they did this last year?? (Although i am tight and re bag as much as i can from all my beds to take home, when you have a few stables it adds up ) Enjoy!

Last year we took some shavings, hay in a normal feed bag, a bucket (to put the poo in xx) and some rubber gloves (too pick the poo up xx) and another useful thing to take is some plastic sheets to spread across the front of the stable incase it rains, some scissors and some string xx OHH and another thing to take is a laminated sheet of paper with your details on it so if in an emergency someone can contact you xx I absoulutly* agree with delfachhighwayman about the excitment i have already started writing a checklist (which is also useful) !! Like many overnight shows you have to have all your bedding out of your stable by the end of the show and you can use anykind of bedding I THINK xxx cant wait to see everyone there xx

They sell hay, straw and feed on site which is usually supplied by Central wool growers. They tend to stock their own brand and Dodson and Horrel. I would take a couple of trug tubs, one for poo and one for water. Because its a perminant show ground outside the cattle sheds there is hard standing to hose down with water, but there are stand pipes at the end of each stable block. I would by a couple of sim cards and make sure everyone has a phone if only to text because its a big site and you end up doing a lot of walking and sometimes its better to send the horse off and then catch up.
