We are looking for a hotel right by Hicktead ! , does anyone know of anything , we have been told the premiere inn is near ?

We usually drive up and stay at Gatwick Airport - plenty of choice of hotels there ... and then just short drive to Hickstead in the morning.

Last year we stayed at the East Crawley Premier in - it was about 15-20mins from the show ground and an easy drive - I can tell you I rang round EVERYWHERE closer last year when trying to book about 10 days before and they practically laughed down the phone at me!

The Best Western at Steyning is nice. Its a reasonable drive down country lanes but nearer than gatwick!
