has everyone got their passes for equifest? i haven't had any information back, starting to wonder if my entries were accepted :/

I,m going to say don't worry, myself and two friends have not got our passes and stable passes yet, but thank God you haven't got yours either, we were starting to worry, must just be a delay, I hope!!! I have received confirmation of my entries and my numbers, don't know why they haven't sent my stable passes out with them.

i suggest you give them a call, my passes have also not come, so i called yesterday. It seems they were sent early july - so they are sending again. They were as always v helpful

oh dear w ehavent had our box passes yet either although have had all other stuff and yes super helpful team just e mailed about our passes hadnt realised peole had already had theirs good job i read this thread as i have several to post out when they come

have just phoned them, my entries hadn't even got to them - lost somewhere in the post! absolutely gutted...

there seems to be confusion about the box /lorry pass from whot i understand its the same pass as the stable pass ,so am i right in thinking if no stable no lorry pass and you have to park outside in the holding area and set up camp there .

if you have not had comformation, you are meant to phone them,
this means that you have booked stable and entries together,
I have contacted them to confirm i am going and had to pay for entries over the phone
but this means i have no stable .

please send your entires recorded delivery its not much and at least you know they get them x
