I applaud you for " interfering" overbent. The horse world is notorious for advantage taking and those people seriously needed to be told. Your daughter must learn not to take the cr*p and find herself a job where she is valued. It happens from the top to the bottom and you have to learn to place a value on your services. She may be grumpy now but she will thank you in the long run. For all they ridiculed her they obviously felt comfortable enough with her to leave their horses in her care, so she should be proud of herself and move on to bigger and better things.

When she finds a job where she is respected and appreciated, she will be able to see that you did this for all the right reasons. Chin up. xx

I would have done exactly the same overbent.
You're not interfering but caring, and your daughter will recognise that at some point.

Yep I would have done the same and I would have been in the same doghouse. We have to let them make their own decisions and their own mistakes, however we cant let others take the mick

Good for you. I tend to do things like that. Our children are always our children no matter how old they are and the instinct to protect is still there
