To Sid,
"Flogged" - Rather an inaccurate description dont you think? Glen has never been over shown and was a late starter to the showing world, having been gelded late in life. He has always been home produced and had time off to relax. He was only lightly shown last year.
Many people have commented how well Glen looks given that he is 14, and how he still appears to be thoroughly loving his job. It is lovely to see him winning with his new little rider, surely better for him to be kept busy rather than sitting in a field, what a waste that would be! Glen is hacked out during the week and has alot of fun.
Maybe you have a pony in the same class as Glen, otherwise why the need for such a horrid remark?
People should be careful how they phrase things, you never know who may be hurt or upset by unneccesary comments like that.
Good luck to Glen and Natasha at HOYS.

I know it happens all the time - that's why I tried to get in early to say something before this thread escalates like many others have into pages and pages of nothing but people saying "well done". A lot of good it has done me! I've already said I don't know Aimee, I have no idea if she gets slated a lot. I try really hard to avoid the personal messages threads - but it can get bloody difficult! Yeah, I scroll down, yeah, I try to ignore them... but I want to know the results, and to do that you have to look at the posts to see what they say! It's all very well telling me not to read the posts, but how does one find out results without reading posts?! It's only after I've read it that it's clear it's something I don't want to read. I am not trying to take away from Aimee's achievement - I've already said that I like her pony and I'm pleased she's qualified him for Olympia. It is a massive achievement of which anyone would be proud. All I am saying is it would be a lot easier to find results if personal messages were kept separate. That's all! yes I agree, don't know any of these people either but sometimes it seems as if they have there very own support club specially set up just for them and it does seem to be one or two people rather than the majority of people. Why not have another thread/section for congratulating people, they everyone could get a look in and those of us interested in other things could sneak a quick preview at the results.

As often as not it is guests who do all the congratulating; why not put your names if you want to say well done?

Sid, please be careful making comments about people acting in such a way towards a pony unless you have tangible proof.
Also, as I have already said we do encourage congratulations on this site.

must say Aimee i have never met you as i live in Scotland , but i follow M&M so from results i see you do very well and that your ponies must be a credit to you may i offer a little bit of advice
please take all your wonderful success with dignity and humility and just be thankful for your good fortune and just be a bit humble and remember all the people who would give there back teeth for a bit of your success and please do not say things like " just going to look at MY ticket"---- it really is not very ladylike

I dont think you really understand the gist of Aimee's post Penny.
For some reason she gets an awful lot of abuse on here from jealous people. All she is saying is "say what you like about me, I have my ticket" What's wrong with that?!

Aimee i have to agree with penny you are a fab producer and well done for your qualification but you do come across very badly whenever any neg comments are made abgout you rise above it or you are as bad as them

cld someone post who the photgrapher was on the photgrapher post x The photographer will not be putting them on a website I asked, but sorry dont remember their name. Penny and results - its easy for you to say, I think you would think a little different if you had some of the stick given on here sometime. It sometimes beggars belief. Good on you Aimee for sticking up for yourself. All I can say is your damed if you do and damed if you dont.

Clobo the photographer was Twin Photographic, I have not put it on the Photographers thread because they don't have them on their website, I have already checked.

VERY WELL DONE AIMEE To all of you that do not like to see congratulations posted on this web site...............take your green eyed monster some place else!!!! Enjoy success quietly and cherish the moment. Self adulation spoils everything. You have a good pony and produce him well so please don't get too big for your boots and ruin the image.
