The rules where questioned with the secretary and she was still told she could go in the class. She was told by the secretary that was the class she should be in why would she not go in it. Surely the secretary's should know there rules.
The competitor should not be being called a cheat by petty people when it was a complete mistake.

Why is it when someone has been caught with their hands in the cookie jar the bullying card always played? Nothing here is remotely like bullying. Or it is always someone else's fault - never the perpetrator. Double whammy with this one! 19 yrs old is an adult, not a child and I would respectfully suggest if you are not mature enough at that age to be able to read and comprehend the rules then you really should not be taking money for breaking schooling or producing the horses of others. IMHO of course! 100% agree. It's your responsibility as a competitor to know the rules off the class your entering. Also, Katie jerram has her own ponies, imagine her doing a home produced class with one of them!!

I struggle so understand what exactly she would need to question with the secretary. The rules are quiet clear, a producer is someone who takes money in exchange for schooling other people's ponies.

Your quite ridiculous to compare her to Katie Jereme, she's broken in one persons horse not made her living from it. And her standing down was because of a written letter from someone who actually done somthing about it rather than sitting behind there computer screens whinging about it.

One horse of four hundred she still produced a horse for monetary gain, that makes her a producer and the rules are very clear if you bother to read them.

If you had read the rules correctly you would of seen the rules actually state that the handler should not earn there primary living from horses which seems to be true in this case.

If it was true she would not of felt the need to stand down her title. I'm not sure if it's true but two other people on here have also said the class said no stallions? I couldn't care about her winning this paticular class as I have no affiliation to the bspa, however im so tired of people bending the rules that I fell it's about time they are named and shamed so people will stop
